Scytl mixnet uses a trapdoor commitment scheme, which allows an authority who knows the trapdoor values to generate a shuffle proof transcript that passes verification but actually alters votes. We give two examples of details of how this could be used. The first example allows the first mix to use the trapdoors to substitute votes for which it knows the randomness used to generate the encrypted vote. The second example does not even require knowledge of the random factors used to generate the votes, and could be used by the last mix in the sequence

Scytl is a Barcelona-based company that provides electronic voting systems worldwide, many of which have proven vulnerable to electronic manipulation. Scytl has (or had) Soros and Democrat party connections. Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's Vulcan Capital has invested $40 million in Scytl.

Service Point Solutions, a company quoted in the Spanish Stock Exchange and part of Paragon group, announced today the acquisition of Scytl, a Barcelona based company leader in digital voting and electoral modernization. The acquisition also includes Civiciti, the citizen participation platform launched by the software company in 2016, and Scytl subsidiaries in USA, Canada, Australia, France and Greece. This acquisition unveils Paragon’s group strategy to position Service Point Solutions as a pan-european platform for high-growth digital business.

Scytl is a world leader in secure online voting and election modernization software. Its technology has been successfully used by more than 30 countries around the world and is entering the private elections market as well. Scytl has a very strong presence in the United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, France, Netherlands and Spain. In 2009, Diebold, which makes ATMs and other security systems, got out of the elections business altogether, selling Premier to ES&S. Here was a windfall for the Urosevich brothers in more than one sense: Bob had decamped to Diebold in 2002, when the company bought Global Election Systems, where he then served as president. Todd, meanwhile, remained at ES&S. This cozy arrangement was disrupted by a Justice Department antitrust intervention, which forced ES&S to split ownership of Premier with Dominion, the next big name in election technology. A month later, the deck was shuffled once again with Dominion’s purchase of Sequoia.[1]

Between them, Dominion and ES&S now count the majority of American ballots. There are, of course, newer technologies in development, including Web-based voting. This latest innovation is being peddled by the Spanish-owned Scytl, which named Bob Urosevich managing director of its Americas division in 2006.

In Dallas County, Texas, a deep red county, there was a sudden, unexpected blue wave in 2018. The computer logs revealed that ES&S technicians repeatedly overrode thousands of error codes for “time stamp mismatch” and “votes exceed ballots.” Essentially, they replaced votes. Then ES&S ignored the requirement that the data be saved for 22 months and destroyed everything.

Investigators also found an Excel spreadsheet file with Scytl algorithms projecting voting results on the NGP Van website. NGP Van does voter database and analytics for the DNC. It also works closely with ActBlue and ShareBlue.

You guys need an electoral roll that is checked and reassessed each year .

Ours is re enrolled in September each year .

Then we tend to vote in May ish .

We go the people running the vote check you off their list and give you a paper ballot and you go to a booth to vote

Only a cross counts written with the pencil provided .

Then you put the paper into a locked metal box with a posting slot .

Impossible to fish a paper out .

The boxes are taken to a counting station ...

And counted .

The different councils try and beat each other to do the count first ..

Only far out places take a long time for the result to come in .

We do have postal votes thanks to the Tony B Liar ....

It sounds old fashioned but there is no one interfering with the electronic results ...

We had a problem with Tower Hamlets where they were bulling the voters but it is full of ..people who think cheating is better than having a fair vote .

If it was up to me I would deport them back to Pakistan I think that is where they come from ...I could be wrong ..but they are not natives and do not know how to behave ....

If it is found that a software company based in Barcelona and developed in Europe was responsible for interference in US elections, the entire European election process will be thrown under the bus as well. Spanish elections, German elections, French, all of them who use the same software!

Let us see if the rest of the world wakes up.

The report cites Dallas County, Texas, a user of Scytl Election Training, as an example of a successful implementation of online poll worker training. The report says, “There are examples, such as in the State of Michigan or Dallas County, Texas, where significant time and attention has been paid to the development of online training programs that, the Commission was advised, have proven effective.”

Training lol. So these are the people telling the poll workers to cheat then? That would be foreign interference I would think.
