You get much better service online in my experience. |

Greg Foran who was chief executive US Walmarts wanted a slower rollout of e-commerce/online grocery and clashed with Marc Lore (Jet.com) who didn’t. Stores are now falling apart because e-commerce and online should be a separate entity/warehouse from stores. There’s a huge push for e-commerce and online to be a priority in stores more so then ever with Covid. That huge push though is hurting day to day store operations creating a huge burnout among associates and managers alike. There’s an issue when you have Walmart associates that don’t even want to shop Walmart anymore in-store and online. |
