I'd say he is White with a smidge of black tossed in. Look at the other cast members. The cop is white, the Imam is black, there is a diminutive Brit and a White Aussie with a little bit of native in him. A mixed bag of Planet Earth characters. Riddick was born on a different planet and thus has a separate genetic lineage. His line would not be contaminated with lesser beings, thus his character would have the same genes as his forefathers, which would have been white with a bit of color tossed in. I'm not trying to bring in America's color battles of today into Riddick's genetic pool, just wanting to make a description that folks can follow.

Riddick is white. But he is not one hundred percent pasty white. I'd say 85% white and the remaining 15% is what alters his muscular physic and eyes. (dark eyes). The closest gene pool which would give him a cut appearance and dark eyes is the black race. The planet he was born on did have black inhabitants. There was a scene in a different movie where a black storm trooper was present with the top dog.

So, in the end Riddick is White with some black in him, but it is not the same color scheme as we have here on earth.
