works by introducting genetic code into your cells which cause them to produce and emit a particle into your bloodstream that blocks the covid-19 virus from entering cells

for example, if this description is correct, what if your body's immune system begins to recognize and attack this particle ?

then you'd have at best an ongoing illness as your immune system reacts to a particle your own cells are producing

it seems to me possible that your immune system might damage your own cells in the process of attempting to neutralize this particle

in either case you effectively now have an autoimmune disorder
