I personally prefer talking to police officers, of course, in a respectful and friendly manner, and just talking them as a man to man teaching them how they are used by the system and would they actually inoculate fellow human beings by force.

This was never "taught" to anyone of us, not by our parents, definitely not by school... It's not a learned trait. Therefore people don't know how to gather together.
