Is the Henry Kissinger quote on forced vaccinations and sterilization real?

In this document, the phrase appears as a question in need of addressing.

Reading through the whole document, referring to the glowing accolades the PRC, CHAYNA, has gotten for forced population control, the trust is quite clear.

The OP, I think, did not ask a specific question on a National Security Paper from the Nixon era. The question was about the SOURCE for the quote from the speech on the elusive WHO Council on Eugenics by Kissinger.

There is no doubt in my mind, the bugger has these kinds of thoughts. And I would not be surprised he actually has said that.

What OP, and I too, would like to know: what is the source?

There are a couple of reasons.

1. The current state of affairs while we are looking at the real issue of staring down the barrel of a loaded gun with unknown effects: i.e. Pfizer covid-19 vaccin.

In Galicia, apparently, a law has been adopted where a person may have to face a fine between 3000 -60.000 Euro's, if a authorized healthcare practitioner thinks the person poses a serious risk to the health of the local population.

3. It makes the rounds and these ugly factcheckers are blasting: we have not been able to verify such, and Kissinger's office denies, so he NEVER said it.

Well, of course, it does not mean they actually looked around. However, without further evidence or supporting docs and/ or witnesses, it becomes a difficult thing to maintain he has said it. But, it would be fun to be able to simply dump on these LAB's.

What makes it makes it even worse, as "the council on Eugenics" connected to the WHO, is either a misnomer, as they 'd rather use eufemism like: reproductive health, or certain quotations have been mixed up with those of the Rockefellers, and especially with mrs Singer, proponents of the term eugenics.

At the very least, NSSM-200 and this paper taken together, show the breadcrumbs of the direction these overlords are thinking in.
