I will try to contribute to that thread as well as my own but have to read through to catch up a bit.

The focus of my thread today is to provide the medical paper that people can take to a health care provider and have an honest discussion about ivermectin.

Ivermectin is extremely safe, however, there are a few contraindications as with any effective medication. Pregnancy may be one of them. Also, alcoholism and medical conditions that prevent the blood brain barrier from effectively working may also be included. That is why it is necessary to have a discussion with a health care provider before starting any treatment.

That being said, it is an effective prophylaxis and treatment for most healthy,non-pregnant adults, as evidenced by its massive use throughout the world since the 1970s. (It has sometimes been used in pregnancy, but there are cautions.)

That being said, I hope I have given people some ammunition with this paper and Eastern Virginia Medical School's Math+ to begin the discussion with their own health care providers.

I also think it is so important for people to know that this information is being ignored at least, to date, by the NIH.
