The issue is whether these states electors were or were not appointed in the manner chosen by the respective legislatures in these states.
It is self evident and they were not. Thus the question is what to do about it. To rule them acceptable would be the end of constitutional law and the constitution itself. Stand by for the results. There is a chance the USA will become a post constitutional disaster area.
