Mr is eating leftovers. I made a pizza, pepperoni for Baby & mushroom for me. I was lazy & bought dough & sauce.

Bacon, fried eggs, hostess bread. Garlic powder and ground black pepper. Perfect. Impeccable. Right on.

Sadly no pictures...but it must have been good because my oldest son and youngest daughter had a fight over it.


Littlest was having friends over and asked if I could make dinner..last minute so I took what I had (hamburger, few leftover half bags of tater tots) and made the classic tater tot casserole but from scratch, no canned soup. It was in a big cast iron skillet with plenty of gravy and a bag of green beans added in.

Littlest called me in a fit because she and her friends took it out of the oven and then went outside for a few and came in and oldest son had stopped in after working out and ate half of it.

Luckily her feelings were assuaged with gf pumpkin cake.

(the paper towel is some of the seeds from the 'honeynut' squash I used to make the 'pumpkin' cake. shhhhh, don't tell her.)

I made a stew ( after seeing yours ) Never mess up dinner and stew kind of easy but had to bin a kg of good beef.

When I make chicken. I add butter under skin. Then baste chicken a few times. Chicken will be browned and butter makes it tender. Like a rotisserie chicken.

BBQ boy. You should try bread sauce with chicken. If its a chicken meal with stuffing etc. I cant eat roast chicken dinner without it and chicken breast wrapped in bacon is just as good as a roast chicken. I dont make roasts that much because my oven isnt effecient. So Id need an oven just for roast potatoes but might make my roast chicken breast with bacon.

Easy to make. You just infuse milk. Then add bread and cream.

Not telling you what to do. You still add gravy but maybe make different potatoes.

Sorry to go on about your chicken bro.

Made my spiced boursin kiev again. Wish you could buy the boursin as its the steak of the chicken world. The best way to eat a chicken breast.
