XRP was one of the original cryptos but it just started taking off until its recent crash.

The SEC suit is a nothing burger...

The msm in pushing the crash...

In 2 months, most here won’t have the capital to buy one XRP

This is a shot by the deep state fighting back by a SEC Chairman who has been stalling and about to leave office and wants to put some more FUD out so the sheeple say "oh my I guess I'll wait to buy XRP until the suit is over".. yet the rest of world has already deemed it is NOT a security.

You are falling for the FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) and will be priced out of XRP when it's adopted by the world for cross border payments and the derivatives market.

But yet we need gardeners and waiters so feel free to not buy XRP.

Cryptos are always a risk. Banks do not recognize them.

How long until it’s resolved?

What price are you thinking is a good buy?

Years... the DOJ has already ruled it a currency. So they are going to have a tough time with it..

Even if it’s a security, they can make rules and allow crypto exchanges to hold it. And if they don’t, then any stock exchange could list XRP..

XRP could become a stock on the S&P 500...

Not to mention, they just did the airdrop for flare so they could potentially use ethereum blockchain to transact securities on the S&P 500.

So smart contracts could settle actual “securities”? That’s a whole new ballgame...

There is also tax implications with securities vs currency... businesses could invest in XRP. I could contribute to a sepIRA and avoid income tax while investing in a blockchain security... interesting...

I would just keep a very close eye on it.

So can I ask you if you think it’s still a good investment? Say chuck 2K at it on the proviso it will win the case and pump beyond all recognition. What price would you say is fair.

I would hate to recommend you buy and it drop more.. I have a feeling it might.. maybe around .30?

I do belive it’s a good investment.. also, the big issues around xrp is ripples control and this lawsuit could eliminate that, putting it in the class of currencies like ethereum and Bitcoin.

Also, and again, keep in mind the DOJ already ruled it a currency in 2015 and countries like Japan have ruled it a currency...

So I’m not really sure how the SEC is going to prove it’s a security, and how other countries will handle it considering their “SEC” already said it’s a currency..

Yep I think you’ve touched on it there. If this pans out well it will push it up with the big boys. This could be a genuine moonshot chance.

Except it’s not a security. Ripple has been working closest with Regulators for 7 years, out in the open and hiding nothing. This seems like it’s about something else. Many other Countries already stayed it’s not a security and it’s traded on 100+ exchanges. I’m not selling any of it, try and relax.
