Only message im getting from my "government" is that there are no rules. Lol. Ok message received.

And the executive and legislative branches learned a LONG time ago: the judicial branch moves too slow to prevent rapid-fire measures (executive decrees and Bills). It takes years for ONE case to make it through the judiciary to contest or declare a law unconstitutional.
