It’s strange you say that. I told my wife this morning that something didn’t feel right today. Some sort of Increased palpable tension was detectable out in public. Got in two arguments out of the blue with employees I don’t usually have issues with. About noon I started getting very light headed and nauseous. I had to leave work early and have a headache. My thoughts are more negative and my hope seems completely subdued. None of these are common symptoms for me. Even when I’m sick. Something is amiss out there..

Perhaps it’s your lack of meds ? You did take them right ? Perhaps a new appointment with your doctor should be made

I've had spiritual attacks the past few weeks fairly badly.

I feel violence in the spiritual world. Like when a video game character gets attacked and the screen goes blurry and red, that's how my soul feels.

6-8 hour panic attacks, having to fight off unwanted thoughts of death and thoughts against God, thoughts that my faith isn't genuine. It's really been difficult the past month, then 2 weeks it got worse, then 3-4 days ago I was really pushed to the limit.

Then a feeling of my heart sinking, like I'm in hell and being tortured.
