When lucid dreaming, I start flying around looking for the ladies.

Before the lucid rock climbing, the dream was about some red head guy who was hiding a dead body in the swamps of the Louisiana bayou and hiding from the police, I could see him from overhead...

There was a dark black and white scene with bad vibes that wanted me to masturbate to feed some kind of energy network and I refused, it was very clearly bad vibes, I was like get the fuck out of here with that...

Then I was suspended on a harness climbing up to the top of this rock face, never done it before in real life, the vertigo was real and everything, camp at the top was cool, nice group of people...

Writing was so difficult it snapped me awake in the dream and I was like aha!

Who are these dream people??

Doesn't sound like a lucid dream to me. What did you do to influence the dream?

You can influence a lucid dream if you want to, but you don't have to. You can just go with the flow if you wish.

A lucid dream means you're "lucid" (aware of the fact you're dreaming), nothing more.

Always had intense dreams since I was a kid, recently stopped smoking weed and dreams have been like BOOM

Have told the dream people they're dream people before, previously one told me 'you're not supposed to talk about that' this time obe of them took me aside and shared their own 2 cents from their lucid dreams within that world or 'stream' I was so blown away it woke me up lol

my experiences indicate there are rules. A lot of rules. One of the ways that you know that you've broken one is that you will feel a 'tugging' on you first ... and then BAM!...you're awake. When you become aware of this, and you try to fight the tugging, the tugging will turn into a heavy dull pain and a power that you cannot stop...then BAM! and you'll wake up. This time, you will still feel that pain after you wake up and you'll know it was a real experience.

have fun. You can't gain anything of any value (intel,etc) in OBE's or lucid dreams. if you try, you'll be pulled out.

if you try and communicate too much about being lucid with others, you'll be pulled out.

some of the places that you may visit ARE real. They are different dimensions. LOTS of rules there. lol. Some have actual security forces to guard against interlopers. They will respond to you once you start questioning residents of their reality. That's when it can get dicey. But...no worries, you cannot suffer any lasting harm, but you CAN feel the pain upon waking in this world.

Lucid dreaming is amazing. I wish I had more time to work on it.

if you haven't already, read Journeys out of the Body by Robert Monroe. there are 3 of them with similar titles. he provides the easiest method to go out. It works for those that are already close to it.

he was the REAL deal. There are so many fakes out there , but this guy was sincere. He started a foundation to study intentional OBE's. Heli-sinc or something like that.

I don't go OBE anymore. As I said, you can't retrieve information that you can use here.

You sound like the kind of person I would like to converse with. I've had similar bizarrely intricate conversations in dreams. Some friends of mine and myself spent 6 months in Australia making a movie about asshole Australian golfers, put scenes together, equipment, dofferent sets and locations. A whole movie production and it just went on for ever it seemed....and then I woke up. We had all these hilarious scenes in the movie, it felt so real! So many other lucid and OBE's I've had its amazing, tjere is inherent value in doing this even if much of it doesn't makie sense because there is an inherent, infinite level of creativity that we have yet to fully tap into in ourselves when we acces multidimensionality fully.

I've only had a lucid dream once in my life. It was incredible! I was floating in some sort of space and I was in the presence of some sort of being that was a whole lot smarter than I was. Somehow, I realized that I could ask it whatever I wanted to know and it would tell me. So I remembered that back on Earth, I was working on a motor that would run on it's own. A perpetual motion machine (which I never got to work of course). But anyways, the being showed me exactly how to make one that would be powered by gravity. I remember that it looked a lot like a teeter totter. Like from a play ground. It was so perfect and simple. And the being showed me exactly how it worked. I knew everything I would need to know to build my own. I then remembered I was from Earth again and told the being I had to go. I took the info it gave me and returned to my body. I then immediately got a pen and paper to write down how to build the device. And as soon as my pen touched the paper the knowledge that the being had given me dissipated away in a second. I could not believe it!! It was as if I was not allowed to do that.

True story. It was so real. I have never had a lucid dream since. But the knowledge on how to build a gravity motor was mine at one time. It can be done.

Wow. I could say something here and you may be the only person on the planet that could relate.

The teeter totter is the most basic, I have seen 7 more. But it gets better, grav not needed only mags.

This is my only reason for LD'ing. Don't care about alt streams only tech and I have it.

I too read the Robert Monroe books and “learned” how to go out of the body. One night I found myself hanging out around an alien planet with some friends. It had a gold colored energy field around it, protecting it from “intruders”. I bragged to my friends that I could penetrate that force field and tried repeated to get through. No luck. My friends left me there, all embarrassed about my failure. After a while I decided to try one more time. I inserted an “inert card” into a tiny space in the glowing planetary shield and quickly followed it in. I instantly found myself on the rocky desert-looking surface of the planet. I saw a group of large-headed ungainly looking beings approaching me, and I was startled and afraid. These “natives” were telepathic and were not equipped to handle raw human fear. Somehow the fear tore through their collective mind, and the ENTIRE planet began to shake! An unseen hand instantly scooped me up and slammed me back into my physical body. The top of my head ached the entire day. Yes, there are rules.

Interesting, but my lucid dream experiences are nothing like that. Mine always start out extremely pleasant; I can do all sorts of Matrix type stuff including flying. But they always end in frightful nightmares such that I end up screaming for my dog to wake me up.

The last 2 ended with demons attacking me. I told them they couldn't hurt me because we both knew this wasn't real, but they continued to advance at which point I screamed that I was a child of God, and bathed in the blood of Christ, thus they had no power over me. The dreams ended, but they were those terrifying types of nightmares where you wake up with your heart beating so fast, you think that you're going to have a heart attack.

I don't attempt lucid dreaming anymore. When I realize that I'm in a dream, I immediately try to wake myself up.
