From what I heard it's got something to do with a 3 tier communication black out. This is suppose to go in effect the 6th. Or round about it.

Re: Has anyone heard of red 1 red 2 red 3?
In COMSEC/CRYPTOSEC circles red lines, red signals, red media refer to the paths that plain text classified information are sent over. Information sent over red lines is considered less secure.

Information that is encrypted cyphertext is carried over what are called black lines, black signal paths, black media. Information sent over black lines is more secure because of the encryption.

I am not sure if that has anything to do with a "red 1 red 2 and red 3" blackout. Usually red lines are for communications between internal military circuits like local/internal wide area networks, whereas black lines are encrypted because they go out through public circuits and are therefore protected from outside interception through things like cryptographic keys.

There is also something called TEMPEST which covers the NATO standards for communications security protocols and there are three levels, TEMPEST I, II and III. Level I has the highest standards for safety protocols and level III has the most lax. TEMPEST equipment can be used to convert red signals to black signals (encryption).

Maybe a "red 1 red 2 and red 3 blackout" could mean a red line communications blackout with all 3 black security levels, which would compromise unencrypted systems like normal email within a military wide area network. If they are only passing on information via black lines then it is all being encrypted which would require encryption on both ends and make it much more difficult for a third party to intercept.

It also may force some people who get locked out of communications like dumb officers, to communicate between each other on completely unsecure means like cellphone networks or commercial telephone lines where the messages can be easily intercepted.

Maybe people who only have access to red lines will be "locked out" of the encrypted communications loop? Information is compartmentalized and passed on a need to know basis, its not too hard to restrict access to information including specific orders coming down to encrypted lines and shut out portions of the intelligence network.

This could mean that part of the military (the patriots) could lock out/black out another part of the military (the deep state) so they could not intercept instructions or orders. Or it could mean something else entirely because its kind of vague.

Damn you might be on to something. The 6th evidence or something is suppose to happen in dc. The info can't get out what ever it is. So social media could go off line. Peoples phone could stop working the internet might go out. This is along the lines that I heard. Supposedly the plan is known about and there is something in place to help prevent it from happening. Wish I knew more. But your answer sounds pretty legit.

I worked in the Signals branch in a NATO country, and I THANK GOD every day that I am not longer in the military, although everything I said is unclassified and you can read look up on google. If the deep state has access to all communications networks within the military they can stop the patriots from organizing an offensive against the deep state. They can monitor Trump using any part of the military for passing on orders with respect to the pro freedom agenda.

If they can lock out red unsecured communication lines within the military itself, it would cause a communications bottleneck where all information passed from base to base/formation to formation would have to be encrypted which uses specific equipment. If you had patriots control the equipment then they could monitor all the communications traffic that is being passed between bases and formations and keep hold of the crypto keys and manage their updating, etc.

The deep state probably has its own alternate encrypted systems, but if those get knocked out then they lose the ability to communicate across the country and with their enemy allies around the world.

This actually makes me think a bit about all the "meteors" that we have seen falling in the last few months. Maybe deep state satellites are being targeted and being knocked out of orbit. Just pushing them off their orbit could cause them to eventually descend and burn up in the atmosphere, and they could also theoretically be hacked with equipment the US government could have in their possession, and then you could just program them to crash themselves.

Cutting off the lines of clandestine communication would be hard in this day and age and it would take a lot of time, but things are taking a lot of time. Although I would not put it past either side to knock out unsecure cellphone lines to cause disruption, the patriot side could also force deep state to communicate over unsecure lines such and telephone and wireless lines if they knock out their actual secure means of communicating with each other.

There is no type of encryption over telephone or wireless networks that cannot be cracked by really basic military hardware. If they cannot use real military quality encryption then all their communications can be intercepted and monitored, which can be more effective tactically then knocking out their ability to communicate completely.

They have spent a lot of time and money with the cover up. People who are glued to their TVs Don't know there is even any evidence. Meanwhile we over here tearing the internet up looking for any and all information. I wouldn't be surprised if the net goes down, face book YouTube twitter but Tv never goes out. Remember a couple weeks ago when Gmail and YouTube went out around 6 or 7 am? People were flipping out. Then say Cell networks go down for a bit, then maybe police communications. Talking bout compartmentalized. Nothing could get out. Then TV acts like the witness are lying like how they did the witness on election fraud.
