It does look pretty simple to make. Must admit I haven't tried to make them yet, I just love the video.

Whenever I make hot dogs of any kind, I score both sides of it and boil 'em for some of the salt to soak out, THEN I grill them. I always look for hotdogs with the least ingredients in them.

Low/no carb people can probably make some dough out of carb free flours of any kind or a mix of them.

Unless I missed it, she doesn't use any vinegar. Just strains and then presses the yogurt, no other ingredient.
