I think it was to leave his administration with the final picture of it including people that he trusts. It would never have made sense to me if he had left positions open or in the hands of some he could not trust. None of this makes any sense. Having a forensic report showing 79 million votes for Trump, 68 million for Biden should have been enough to call a halt to the fake inauguration. Tens of thousands of troops in DC should have had anyone with half a brain throwing red flags. The fear in Pelosi and Biden was palpable. The inauguration was a fake as fake gets.
