That's probably the thing they are going to crack down on. Self Hosting wallets. Or at least try to. They'll regulate it to the point that you have to use some sort of service to buy sell and trade it, and that service will complete KYC protocols. So while they can't get to your wallet currently, if you ever want to use any of it you're going to have to join a crypto bank. Never believe for one second the banks are giving up power. Just a paradigm shift.

Learn about the things you want to talk about before talking about it. There are countless ways to get Bitcoin or sell Bitcoin in exchange of national currencies.

Decentralized exchanges, distributed local bitcoin-like platforms, decentralized marketplaces and so on.

I think a lot of the posts here are just trying to say that this is just another market; like precious metals, like ammo, like food, like stocks and bonds, like real estate, like art, like antiques, cars, corn, pokemon cards.
