I absolutely adored Dorothy Kilgallen. She was a sleuth like no other on What's My Line, from 1950 till 1965, upon her untimely death.

I also posted some threads on here back in the day about her involvement with investigation the J.F.K. assassination. Jack Ruby liked her on tv and said that "Only Dorothy" could interview him, and she did, on numerous occasions while his trial for the shooting death of the "patsy," Lee Harvey Oswald, who he was associated with. Dorothy was going to blow the whole case wide open to prove conspiracy but she was arcancided instead by the sea eye ayye, et al. All of her dossier on Ruby was confiscated by the Deep Shit State.

There should've been a movie about her life and the heavy days of 1963-5 in which she became embroiled in a national tragedy, martyred for her truth!
