FYI, one thing the game doesn't tell you is that you can give other teammates lives when they have a request in and it doesn't cost you any lives to do so. I know a lot of people are scared of helping in the beginning because they think they will lose a life giving lives to other teammates, but it doesn't work that way. In fact, you earn 20 coins for every teammate you help. Also, don't hesitate to ask for lives any time, we really are a great team and help all the time.

It's a really fun and addictive game but after a while it starts becoming expensive to buy weapons and extra moves because the levels are nearly impossible without them.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78239842

Yeah, it can get expensive. I'm working on that. I've spent more on it than I probably should have. I think the game makers know that it's a bit of a problem, since lately they seem to be incorporating more stuff that let's people earn boosters and diamonds for free.

I recommend getting a Steam account and playing Valheim. Your thread has given me the ambition to call on fellow GLPers here for us to embark on our journeys to lands unknown.

Is there another Fishdom besides that comic looking Fishdom?

Is that what you are talking about? Because you guys are pretty excited about a game, and from what the comic Fishdom looks like, I can’t see the excitement, but again, I’ve never heard of it before.

So you guys all play games to relax? How can you relax looking into a screen? I just don’t get it.

Ive been going into a deep spell of not finding any entertainment in anything, but the most mundane of tasks. Valheim takes the prize as the one that resurrected my long jaded interest in vidyer gems. I cant bring myself to the commitment that is Rimworld or the autism present in Factorio . Ive gotten desperate going so far as reinstalling No Man's Sky or even the likes of Spore... Valheim saved me from these and all others. Streets of Rogue is very fun, but only for a certain criteria. Valheim though. Valheim is the Einstok of beer. It is a gift from the gods. I hope it lasts forever. Sad. Sad and true.

Fishdom is a game where you play levels that are kind of like Bejeweled with boosters that help you beat them like mines and bombs. In addition, you earn coins that help you buy fish and decorate your tank. You also join teams and work together in team tournaments to earn diamonds that you can use to buy more boosters or play on in a game if you need a few moves and we also work on team chests to earn boosters and vouchers that help us buy special fish and decorations for our tanks. It sounds kind of boring I suppose, but I think it's fun and so do a lot of other people all over the world.

I was going to go ahead and tell you here about the team stuff because it's a lot easier typing on my computer keyboard than it is on my tablet with my fat fingers.

The team stuff takes place on weekends. They start at 12:00 a.m. (central time) on Friday and run through around 9:30 p.m. or so (central) time on Sunday.

Last weekend we did team tournament where you compete against other teams from all over the world to win crowns. The team with the most crowns gets 50 diamonds. It's super, super competitive but since our team is a good team we have always placed in the top 5 and earned diamonds. We got 1st last weekend so we got 50 diamonds. Since Christmas, we have been having to compete against 20 other teams, which has made it a little more difficult for us, so that's why I started this thread to find people who were more active players than some of the people we had that weren't doing anything. We were regularly taking 1st when it was 10 teams. I'm hoping with the addition of you 3 guys we will get back in the groove of taking 1st or 2nd with regularity again on this new 20-team tournament.

This weekend will be the team chest. We all work together to earn crowns to open the team chest to get goodies like free play, boosters, and vouchers. Each time lately it's been a little different, so I can't say for sure what the chest will hold this weekend. The chests we have been opening for a while now are 800 crowns. So we have the whole weekend to do that. There has only been 1 or 2 times where we haven't opened it. To give you an idea, we earned 1109 crowns last weekend in the team tournament, so we usually have no problem with doing it.

It switches every other weekend. So, this weekend we will be doing team chest, next weekend we will be doing team tournament, the weekend after that we will be doing team chest, etc.

Actually, on our team we really aren't that big on Levels although I know the higher the level the higher the team score. We care more about just doing your best and showing up. I don't know how many people we've had to kick out over the last year because they wouldn't show up for weeks on end. We might have another player that needs to be kicked in the next week or two if he doesn't show up and you are actually a higher level than him if you are interested in joining us when that happens.

Very nice! I started playing DOOM in the 90s on my dad's macintosh. Then my friend from a few houses down ended up getting me hooked on Starcraft 2 and Diablo 2. From there its been about twenty years of video games. The rise and fall of Warcraft. The Elder Scrolls. And everything in between. I could play vidyer gems and poke smot 'till the day I die. Loves it so much.

You just play like normal. It will pop up a little area on the left hand side like it does for the seasonal thing where you upgraded to gold pass and the special valentine tank and the pearl competition.

I also forgot to warn you next weekend when we do team tournament, do not freak out when you do get on. We will most likely be really low on the count due to the foreigners getting to play while we all sleep. It's not uncommon for me to get up to us being pretty close to the bottom. We always come back up the ranks though, so don't let it freak you out too much.
