Tbh this is one of my favorite movies, I believe it is worth the watch. Tarantino is always a solid choice in my opinion and the music in this one in particular stands out to me.

It's uncanny that you brought this up because I watched the whole thing just two days ago. Then, I watched interviews with the cast. It is really bs because there were quite a few black cowboys in the 1860s. And I'm pretty sure they drank in all the bars out west. The Southern scenes are taken from the worst of the worst plantations. Tarantino said he doesn't give a damn if his movie causes a psycho to murder someone. So, what kind of movie would you put together if you had no morals, no humanity, no cares about what you put out in the world? Think about it. Remove all traces of decency and worry. Don't be afraid to give blacks permission to murder countless whites. Don't be afraid of your own movie, as Sidney Pointier told Quentin. Shock and awe. No laws, just blood and guts. The same with the movie Get Out. Just slaughter all the worthless, evil, white people. It is amazing that any white people are left alive. I saw today that a black named Chemirmir murdered 19 elderly white people in nursing homes. He stole all their cherished belongings and wasn't caught for years because white people are afraid to question why that black man emerged from every room with a pillow.
