If you don't want to upset your employer by threatening to sue, you can say you are allergic to PEG, which is an additive in the vaccine. It is rare to be used in human vaccines (more likely in animal vaccines), so it is an understandable excuse that will work most of the time. PEG is needed and added for the mRNA vaccine though.

Work for conservatives. My current employer is a Christian conservative, sees through the mask bullshit and most definitely will not require employees to get a vaccine.

So a few things to consider.

Health care workers have been required to take flu shots for over 10 years.

Military can mandate whatever shots they want.

Government contracts can be held up by vaccine requirements.

Barring all of the above they can always pass a new law, were you not paying attention during the last election?
