Do you brush your teeth with warm or cold water?
My wife uses warm water and I use cold.

I'm just curious what the ratio here is. Is using warm water common or what? It seems weird to me.

1st... Peroxide rinse. Two or three times.
(Ugh, overnight germs)

Peroxide or Saliva... Wet the brush in hot water for a little bit.
Toofpaste, brush, rinse under hot water.

Then, peroxide rinse, twice.

right now my cold water coming in my home is about 35 degrees. i can tell the work i got done on my teeth was good. 2 years ago could not eat an icecream. now can swish with winter cold tap water to rinse the peroxide out.

Burt's Bees toothpaste is great. does not have half the crap that is not good for you that is in many toothpastes today. you get a clean healthy mouth without the added BS
