I took lions mane for about a year. I have MS, and optic neuritis. Optic Neuritis is causing me to have issues with colors- they are less bright. I might think blue is gray, or yellow is tan. It has damaged the nerves in my eyes.

I have also had cognitive issues due to this disease, specifically doing mental math ( which I used to do with ease) and finding words when speaking.

Within a few weeks of starting Lions mane everything was brighter and sharper- I could see better, and did not need my glasses as much.

I was also able to write and talk with ease, and do math with lighting speed once again.

I quit because I was afraid to mix it with my other medications- I think I may slowly add it in, if my neurologist allows.

It really helped.
