Seeing as you have "Stay Ready" capitalized, WhiskeyBunker, I am unsure of your context. However, if you mean the concept of being ready, yes, that is what I mean. Better to be prepared the best you can than to be caught with your pants down as it were.

I trained with a group in PA called Stay Ready. The guy kitted up on the right looks very similar to the son of a former US Army Ranger buddy of mine. That is why I asked if it was them but I guess I was mistaken.

I live in Center Valley, just below Allentown. Also have a cabin up in Tioga county. Grew up in the Lehigh Valley sad to see the change brought on by neighboring state transplants moving here.

Maybe, Corporal Punishment. Me? I have been doing my best to avoid physical conflicts since the early 2000's. Mostly because I have learned in my grade school years resorting to physical violence even when you are correct will get you destroyed. This is part of the Deliberate Dumbing Down of America. I lived it my entire grade school life. I am much stronger physically than when I was in grade school. I will fight back physically if I must. Only because I do not desire to be shot and killed, beaten down, and/or worse by the cops. I know my lowly lot in life very well.

However, in a Shit Hit The Fan Scenario it will be a lawless time frame. Will I go on a mass killing, raping, and/or worse spree(s) in such a scenario? No... not anymore. After I found Yeshua/Jesus Christ and God of Heaven such desires have been seriously calmed in my Heart. If I must I will fight back to the best of my abilities in such circumstances though. I am not wanting to throw away my life by starting crap I can not finish myself. I am wondering if this is precisely the same or a similar sentiment many other armed Americans have adopted themselves.

Not true. Im in Texas and you dont have to register ANY firearms with the government. You need a 'permit' if you plan on carrying concealed. Open carry of long guns is legal and you can carry in your car without a permit as long as you are driving the car and the firearm is not visible. The law doesn't specify how or where the firearm can be carried in your vehicle, just that it cant be exposed. I carry in my holster while driving. My 'permit ' is the 2nd amendment.
