If they are a LEGAL citizen of this country and they obtain their firearm LEGALLY, then as a citizen they have the right to own it...regardless of their country or origin or who they pray to.

In theory our immigration policy and vetting is supposed to keep us safe from imported undesirables not gun bans.

That said, even though our immigration policy has failed banning guns for ANY GROUP is not the answer.

We already know what the objectively right answer is to rampage shooters and etc because we've seen it successfully implemented on a state wide level in Utah.

Not long after columbine utah passed laws allowing teachers and staff to be armed while at school and in colleges.

In the TWO DECADES since them there has been ZERO successful rampage shootings!

There have been MULTIPLE ATTENPTS every one of which has resulted in no loss of life. That's right, not even the attempted shooters died. They were successfully disarmed and talked down every time.

In other words, the answer to rampage and spree shooters is more armed people not less.

It always has been.

So no, I wouldn't support such a ban and I'd be willing to fight for their rights as much or more than anyone else's rights.
