This idea hit me just as I nodded off to sleep last night; The incoming solar/space energy (C0sm!c R@y B4rsts) causes physical/emotional effects.

One of these symptoms is the need to tell the truth' according to MFAW. The head/brain absorbs a large part of the sun when we out walking. What an odd thing to plague humanity at the end of times. God knows this and is setting up the Rapture with this and many details. The beast comes but not for long because righteous truth prevails. I'll let you Bible folks fill in the scripture that points to this. Absolutely fascinating.

Another symptom amongst many is a compromised immune system. The immune system is slowly deteriorating from the exposure. As our immunity decreases the bugs (fungus, microbes, viruses) move in unchecked. Understand some of these bugs have hitched a ride on the incoming space debris which means we have no immunity against these invaders.

So a big part of prepping is boosting the immune system. Things that help to boost immunity are all over the net. But to be effective you have to stay with consistency and what is tried and true. I'm going to save you all a lot of time and wasted energy by outlining what really works because I want you folks to survive what is coming.

The first thing that is imperative is Vit C megadoses. Now, this is old news but only half of the equation. Linus Pauling did his research with Vit C but also included the strengthening, potentiating effects with L-lysine. L-lysine is the one that does the work. Commonly known for use with cold sores, this nutrient does all the work and the animal feed suppliers know this. They have cut L-lysine from the animal feed, devastating to the small homesteads.

The combination of L-lysine and Vit C mega doses is awesome wound healing and immune support. I take 2,000 milligrams of both in the morning for maintenance. If I am sick, (bladder infection, wounds etc.) I take 2,000 milligrams every hour for 4-5 hours. Again, this is an old well researched modality that is not toxic to your system and his little or no side effects.

Thats the first of many to come. Right now the most important prep you got in your toolbox to conquer what is happening is your health. If you don't have this, you are dead in the water from the get-go.

I'm still watching the interview. I am surprised with TC's body language. Maybe the word is embarrassed. TC is not adjusting his body energy down to his new surroundings. He is still on the plane or too much r@ds on the way over? I've never been to the other side of the pond but I do know they have extensive history that goes back thousands of years. Not just 400 years. Of course the historical background is a neutral introduction into the topic of Ukraine. What is TC wrestling with?

I also watched Before the Wrath. I'm going to watch it again.

The thing that I am spiritually impressed with is the need to gather the bride and family in white. White is the color of medical uniforms. I personally heard the need to gather those with medical training before the rapture.

I want to say that for you folks who have found your way here to take note of the medical people you know. We will need small on the ground groups of medical people working what is coming. People with medical, psych, veterinary, care of family members or sick animals will be called upon on the ground level. I don't mean only formal training but informal as well. People caring for their sick relatives have hands on experience. Those who read medical journals for a hobby have information to share. Fitness instructors and buff body builders have the capacity to do rehab etc.. yoga and spiritual leaders, volunteers who read or sit with people can work miracles in rough situations.

Take the time to go through your contacts and make a mental note of who is within range and what skills they have. I'm not clear how this is going to work exactly but a team of 4-5 prepared individuals using teamwork can help set a neighborhood back on its feet in a surprisingly short time. Once your household is secure go to your neighbor and get them up and running kind of thing.
