I had every major flu in the last half of the 20th century, including the infamous Russian Flu in February 1978.

That one nearly took me out, but I was just 20 years old and strong as snot. My fever broke at 105 degrees and I fully recovered.

When I was working in "radioactive land," there were only two people in town who religiously wore masks. They were the village kooks. The whole world has gone kooky now! I've never seen anything like it before in my life!

It was there that I was vaccinated yearly for the flu, and EVERY - SINGLE - TIME...I got the flu within a week or two of the vaccination.

We all know why. It's because they inject you with the live virus. After the sixth straight year of getting the flu from the vaccination, I stopped.

That was over 10 years ago that I stopped. No more vaccinations for me.

Live in fear.

Was at a small clinic here outside of Houston, sign said mask was not required, but their staff would be wearing one. Fair enough.

I saw all I needed to see at the grocery store BEFORE the pandemic when I saw a fat guy shove his hand down the front of his pants, sniff it, and proceed to pick up grocery items then examine them and put them back.

I am ready to wear a full body bubble suit around humans I don't know at this point.

The masks do nothing at all against a virus. Like putting up chicken-wire for mosquito netting. What is working is washing your hands, avoiding buffets and careless food handling, keeping large bacteria out to some degree.

Alot of what people thought was the flu B.C. (before covid) was really food poisoning anyway.

For some people, masks are dangerous because they change what and how we breathe. I see the high school boys with the filthy bandanas pulled up, sneezed in and reused daily. Then the pushing of breath deeper into the lungs can result in a serious pneumonia.

I can't believe the amount of my neighbors and friends who are getting the vax, it shocks and scares the crap out of me. Iv'e already written them off that they will be dead soon.

We moved our office to a town west of Milwaukee last year with a nearby grocery store, and I had been going to the store and not wearing a mask. I would get scowls and people would move away from me.

Gov. Tony Evers’ latest mask mandate got struck down by the State Supreme Court and the store took their mask signs down, and I noticed it during my trip on Thursday.

So, I walked the isles and everyone still wore their mask and glared at me, even though there was no more “mandate” and no sign in the door.

Everyone has been trained to be a good little slave.

I'm in FL too. In my local area, if you go into Publix right now...it's about 50/50 with masks...and nobody says anything. Restaurants are crowded again here. I was quite surprised last weekend, when I was stopping by the pharmacy to pick up my mother's meds, I noticed that the Longhorn steakhouse had a FULL parking lot! I'm so glad Florida is getting past this BS. Slowly...but they are. I'm on the Atlantic coast, south of Daytona but north of Sebastian. People are in dog parks here, traffic has picked up...it's almost like everything is totally normal. Yes...us non maskers all have a "knowing" look. LOL!

A year ago I wore a mask upon which was written "Unconstitutional Covid HOAX."

I'm going back to that now. Enough guff endured from the sheep for showing my nose when I have to wear one in a store (Menards, Habitat Restore). There have never been any t-shirts speaking out against fake news and fake viruses, or I'd wear one.

I'm not too far north of you, and find things are similar here. I only wear them to Disney and Universal because they're required and I choose to go there. Groceries are not a choice, so I've never worn one in the grocery store. No one has ever said a word to me about it, but I have RBF so it's not surprising.

Yes! Especially those driving alone or walking outside alone.

I just say, "no, thank you." And walk away. If they keep talking, then I just avoid eye contact and keep walking. Leave if I have to and shop somewhere else.

That's interesting, because here in Northeast Florida, everyone had a mask at the DMV & they have a sign posted that a mask is required.
