Rent Up Again!!! Twice This Year, Dammit!

I wish I would have bought a house but I just couldn't trust the market. Many of my friends were hit hard and lost their homes. Now that bubble is getting ready again, my God, where will this end? So tired of it. I get a 4% raise yearly which is a joke for the hours and extremely hard work I do.

The hard working, bill paying people eat shit while immigrants and welfare mothers get everything. I am sick finally about it all. Show me a photo of the royal family or any of the other clowns, and we know who they are, and I have started to get ill just looking at them.

This is starting to really not work for so many of us. Pissed!!!

You didn’t sign a lease? I couldn’t up rent mid lease, I had to wait till lease renewal.

I sold my rentals. Going month to month will always be a mistake, you have no say whatsoever.
