Looks like a different brand of retracting needle syringe.

I can see the needle go back up into the syringe after the liquid is injected. (Just barely with a decent sized monitor). The rubber piston stays down, but I see the shiny needle retract into the syringe.

Try watching full screen on a large monitor.

Nowhere does that article say the needles are retractable.
