Gods Grace is sufficient.

I find it easiest to talk to God when I have peaceful music on low volume and I really focus on talking to God. Our Father.

Our mental health is very important . Just as much as spiritual and physical .

The saddest thing on this earth today is that so many people believe the message but so few live it.

It would be a very selfish act to unload all our stresses, frustrations, and negativities onto Jesus.

Jesus taught us a way of living that brings peace, calm, love, and compassion to our hearts. It is learning and growing up to higher wisdom and maturity. What have we learned when we simply dump all our problems onto Jesus and walk away clean?

To do as you say is no different than immature young children making a big mess playing chefs in the kitchen, then simply walk away expecting their parents to clean up the mess.

Jesus's true messages are about taking responsibility for the mistakes we made from immaturity of not knowing any better and improving ourselves to become evolving humans with kindness, compassion, and benevolence just like him.

Don't make Jesus into a garbage can for the bad things we created but don't want to keep because it is easier. Good to keep in mind that rarely are the better choices the easy choices.

Typical Christian binary thinking. Good and bad ad nauseam.

Don't you realize that everything is just as it's supposed to be? All our mistakes, sadness, anxiety, hate and depression. It's what makes us what we are. We couldn't and shouldn't try to be anything else.

We are part of the multiverse and we are exactly what we need to be.
