Anyone finding their toilet visits dissatisfactory for some time now?

Ok I will be vigilant. Yea I had a packet of “soup” the other day and my gal bladder hurt so bad for a whole day afterwards. I thought I wouldn’t have to read the ingredients on chicken soup, nope! Second ingredient was vegetable oil! I threw the other packets in the trash.

I’ve been surprised the labelling laws here are stricter than in the
US and one really cool thing is none of the dairy cows are allowed to have the bovine growth hormone. That shit will fuck you up too especially if you’re a female.

And I'm telling you that it's fine! LOL

The two doctors I mentioned, Mother and Son, had done all the research and read every new article available from every science magazine and publication...The did their due diligence, and I respect their opinions...Canola is safe.

I only use olive oil and avocado oil (good for the air fryer and other high heat cooking).

rapeseed is plant they get "canola" oil from, it's rapeseed oil.

They are making "food" out of rapeseed oil as a main ingredient.

Collect the drippings from cooking steak or bacon and you never have to buy vegetable oil ever again.

good advice. it can be cleaned by adding boiling water, then letting to cool and you get separated oil, dirt and water.
