I don't think Trump is in on anything. I think he just feels that these vaccines are his doing and he wants them to succeed so he succeeds. I think there is a level of nativity on his part believing the COVID is what is claimed and that the vaccines are safe, which I think is a result of him being surrounded by ball sacks while he was President, as hard as he tried to drain the swamp, they just kept reappearing.
