We can remember the past, but the future is there too. Further up the timeline we are dead. I mentality try to send myself thoughts to me in the past. I have no idea if it will influence past me and my life will change now without me knowing because the past was changed. Also, I'm unsure if the thoughts I'm sending to my past self now is the reasons I had ideas in the past maybe I was hearing the me now in the present.
