Everyone is using covid as an excuse to suck at doing their job well.

Hahaha! I actually tried to track down someone at the local FedEx hub and tell them how they could improve...and yes, save tons of money. Now I know it was probably a good think I didn't. Japanese? I don't even know how an idea sounds Japanese....

I agree. I have been trying to figure out for some time now why companies just don't seem to care. I know work ethic has taken a dive in the last couple decades but it almost seems like people want to make the company turn into a pile of shit.
