Biblical marriage doesnt really allow for a divorce and if two people are following the 10 commandments, then there will be no adultery to taint the marriage bed.

The contract between the state and two people have nothing to do with biblical marriage. The state marriage is the love and protection of mammon above all. Biblical high ideals of marriage cannot play in the same sandbox as satan's corruption of it.

No-one has a true biblical marriage nowadays. Women are not to work outside the home (for all the obvious reasons), for one. Men protect and provide. The women keep the family nest and take care of the children. Todays family is a corruption of the high ideals of the family unit.
