I think the synthetic lipids (fats) in the vaccine should be dissolved somehow, and when that happens the immune system will destroy the mRNA inside it, because it doesn't have the protection from the fats anymore. I am not sure what does that. Maybe some kind of digestive enzyme, but I suspect the fats to be very unnatural and thus immune to normal fat digestive enzymes. These lipids are probably engineered to never break down in the body.
This applies mostly to the mRNA vaccine.
