I have a house in Eldorado ranch, building a second now, im out in ahwatukee in phoenix. I'll be living there full time in about 3 months.

That's where our land is too. We are 3 miles out from ocean. We never go done and husband is afraid to build there. I wish we could chat about it. So many questions...
