Then they tell you the stench is awful and I don't doubt it but I don't see the group of black clad rubble standers needing respirators to breathe without gagging, either. With 9/11 you had multi-layered objectives that were served by varying factions. You had the insurance fraud end of it and the real estate clean up of asbestos being palmed off on the public objectives. You had the war jerry-rigged excuses built in.
