I'm having a piece of rock fish and sauteed spinach, both only with butter and pink salt. It's a good thing I do love-love fish and shellfish, and I think I'm going to turn into a spinach plant, I've been eating it by the huge handfuls. Love the spinach, like crazy. I know my dinner sounds boring to most, but I assure you it will be tasty.... You never change things by fighting the existing reality. It's a diet that's easy on the digestive tract. I had a run in with ulcerative colotis two weeks ago. Gotta go gluten free, lactose free, and gassy vegie free...sugar free. No onions, no garlic. I've spent $200 replacing food the past two weeks....this is how much I DO NOT want another run in with ulcerative colitis..... It really is a good thing I like fish and shellfish and spinach and roasted carrots so much, because those are getting me through without a peep one from my gut. It really is amazing how much better ones GI life can be when they're eating right for themselves..... You never change things by fighting the existing reality. Just tomato sauce and ketchup for the kids. Mmm. Now I'm hungry for gravy. Maybe tomorrow night. Stella Vanella |

Do this with all oxalate foods. Steaming them also puts oxalates in the water so less gets into you. |
