Boss made an indirect comment about my vax status. Thoughts on proceeding.

Right! Just ask him if you can have his job
when he drops dead from the vax in a few months.
Then, immediately after you ask:

"Lights, cameras, action..."
record him going ballistic on you,
take the video to his superior,
tell him the guy's nuts and you fear for
your life...
BINGO! You get his job BEFORE he croaks!

couple things: most likely FDA will eventually give green light to mRNA vaccines, they will then move out of the emergency use authorization phase. when this happens, I suspect that companies will then mandate the vaccine for you to keep your job. they are lawsuit gun-shy at the moment because of the emergency use status.

It is looking like Novavax will be getting approval soon, could be by end of August. this is a traditional vaccine. the below video explains how it works.

I am one of the few employees left in my place of employment that continues to wear a mask. I continue because as a salaried manager I had to agree to wear one if I did not get the jab. Most employees at my work I know did not get it but dont wear a mask. I was one of the few that had to agree to terms on this.

I wear it as a badge of honor that I've foregone the shot.

My boss made a comment to me because he knows I've decided to abstain. He stated "well my brother is an antivaxxer and antimasker... if he gets the new variant he'll most likely die" He then gave me a stern look. I just sort of looked at him and went about my day.

What is my next step. What should I do? I'm looking to get out of this specific job but I've invested 10 years and it helps take care of my family but I can't bite my tongue any longer.

Unless he threatens your job, just ignore it. Since he's your boss I wouldn't say anything in response, just give him one of those seemingly polite but actually fuck you expressions....no words.
