They could pick them by some kind of lottery, like the way the draft used to work, with deferments for well connected people of course. I should send some letters, I bet there are some people who would jump all over it. In Mexico when you go through customs you press a button, red light you get searched, green light you go ahead. So upon conviction, the guilty party would go to press a button which would be connected to a computer which would evaluate the NEED for a white person to go to jail based on the current racial makeup of the prison population. Red light, go directly to jail, green light, they'd kick out a notice to a white person. No one could be blamed for anything. Pressing the button is part of the judicial process. That's just how it is IT'S THE PRICE WE PAY FOR LIVING IN A SOCIETY. I've gotten a lot of red for telling the truth and being right. Just sayin'
