Pfizer, maker of the first vaccine authorized for emergency use in the United States, said Friday it expects the FDA to grant full approval by January 2022 at the latest. Acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock has said a decision should come well before then.

If people like this were around during polio many of you wouldn't even be here. There were very small groups of nutball anti-vaxxers around then too, but many of them died and fortunately there were enough normal people who were able to accomplish herd immunity by getting vaccinated and wipe out polio, for the most part.
