You should just let them know they are going to die soon from it and they should just go with it.

Fighting against the powers that be is pointless and they should just do what they are told even if they die because its not about them, its about the overall human race, and they are week and the vax givers are strong, so they need to stfu and sacrafice themselves for the strong by taking the vax so that the strong may live as a superior human race.

Let your friend know they are born to be a slave to the vax givers and stop thinking so much about their own petty needs and wants. They are a cog in the wheel, not the actual wheel. These selfish individualists are really becoming a problem.

A person has to decide what is most important to them. We have a tight labor market. Good workers are in demand.

Your friend should first off ask to see the written policy. They should then decide if there are provisions which exempt them. If not, then they have to decide if this is a cause they are willing to lose their job over.

If they are willing to lose their job, then simply have them tell their boss they won’t be getting the shot. Don’t go into details or give reasons. And then see if the boss accommodates them. The less you say the better if this becomes a legal matter.

Your friend needs to gather up every document they signed when they hired on at orientation and thereafter, and diligently read every line. Also read up on medical laws in your state involving forced medication, etc. then summarize the strength of your case. Attorneys are more likely to take your friend's case if they can show the evidence is on their side. Don't expect attorneys to do the heavy lifting. Their position most of the time is they only exist to do battle in court, not gather the facts for your case beforehand.
