My little buddy gave me a scare earlier this year. Turned out he ate some plastic and it took about 3 days for him to finally pass it and get the strength to start eating and drinking again. Praying your cat recovers soon

Purified water from a proper "water store" with good filtration equipment is important too. Tap water is garbage for both humans and pets.

Tuna is horrible for cats

She is 14. She has recently went to a raw diet, albutrin supplement mixed with chicken hearts. Liver, ground Turkey. Sometimes I give her tuna and fish.

baby food liver prayers

When mine stopped eating, she was 17. Her kidneys were failing. I hope it's something minor and not that. They don't live long after the kidneys start failing.

Gerber baby food chicken cut with water to make it soupy. Then hand feed her with a syringe a little at a time...1-3 ml every 5-10 minutes until she no longer takes anymore up to about 20 ml. If she vomits, that means you are feeding too much, too soon. Back off the amount and frequency during a feeding. Do this every 3 hours or so...OR take her to the vet so they can rehydrate her and put her on some meds.

no its not.. not the water pack for humans anyway.. I don't feed canned cat food tuna and such. the vegetable oil in oil pack tuna is not good for them.

and OP I almost lost my cat just over the last weeks. Celestial help can happen and she is fine now. She was really blogged bad with heavy fur etc in her guts.

not sure if this will work for a cat but my dog had kidney failure and we were hours away from euthenizing him when my daughter found a recipe online for humans with kidney failure to clean the toxins out of their blood. We fed it to him and within hours his urine was no longer red with blood. He lived another year after that. It wasn't anything gross, it was ground meat, rice, a couple of tbsp of bacon grease, and a few different vitamins, I can't remember them all, but omega 3 was one of them I think. Look it up online, give it a shot.

Another thing, too much liver is bad and can cause vitamin A toxicity in cats. Symptoms include GI issues. Google it.

Cats fast naturally when they need, as long as it doesn’t drag out.

If you changed her food it could be she doesn’t care for the new.

My older girl cat has kidney issues, but only really likes dry food.

I give her very little chicken a brand called Fromm they have never had a recall and a half small can of organic chicken wet food with warm water to make a soup. This was recommended to me by a vet who saved his sick older cat with this diet who is now 24.

Worse case you can get her a saline shot it always brings mine back from the brink in renal disease.
