Re: The Fall of Austin
If you are not right or left then you are on the sidelines and useless to the cause of freedom and liberty. The line has been drawn in the sand. You are either right and for a FULL return to the Constitution, or you are left and for centralized federal socialism.

There is no longer a middle ground. There are no centrists in this anymore. The left has moved those markers so far left that you centrists have been left on the right.

Notice I have not said Republican or Democrat here. I said Left and Right.

If you stay on the sidelines here you WILL be trampled by one side or the other.

Re: The Fall of Austin
Very, very sad. I used to live there. Had an apt on 4th street at what used to be called The Railyard. I could walk over to 6th street any night of the week. It was safe, and fun and lots of places to eat and drink. Tons of GOOD live music. Baxter's Jazz. Front row seats for Kirk Whalum. The 80's were the peak of Austin's music and lifestyle culture and it's been a rocket ride downhill since California came to town.

Re: The Fall of Austin
They are still building many new student high-rises downtown that are 100% pre-leased... incredible.

I'm pretty sure they'll clean things up a bit once all the UT students start arriving.. at least in West Campus near downtown.

They've already announced 100% capacity at all football games.

Over 100,000 fans.

Branson Missorri is run by the Southern mafia. Riots will never happen there, the good ol boy network runs that town and you'd get your head blown off trying anything. Theres is also nothing there to see or do for most of us including most blacks, it's a bunch of tacky ya hoo shows and bars mostly for really older southern seniors. The obesity you see makes you literally cry.

Re: The Fall of Austin
I'm pissed and sad about what my little town has become.

Between the California housing millionaires, the hipsters, the traffic, and the homeless, I barely recognize Austin anymore. My annual property taxes are now more than what I paid as a down payment on my house 18 years ago. Zillow says it's worth over half a million. If I could sell it for that, I would leave. We'll probably become LA before the bubble bursts.

I used to drive from Austin to San Antonio and be able to see the beautiful countryside with clear-cut breaks between Buda, San Marcos, & New Braunfels. Now it's all suburban rooftops, strip malls, stop 'n robs, and RV dealerships as far as the eye can see.

But those business closures are all in bad areas of town. Mostly due to Covid and the mass increase of homeless on the sidewalks. All the hipsters now go to the bars further south, the new East Side where they ran off the poor Mexicans, or South Lamar. No one really goes to 6th street anymore except the tourists and the curious incoming UT freshmen.

Fuck change like this. They can all go back to where they can from. Fucking locusts.

KISS has some contest going on right now. They're giving away a 3M house in Austin. No doubt the winner has already been predetermined.

KISS also heavily promotes the vax. I have no doubt they all are unvaccinated. Why don't these so called stars declare there vaccine status? They never do.
