Patient's father stated that his son had a seizure 4 hours after receiving his first dose of the Pfizer vaccine (onset date also reported as 17May2021 20:30). The event resulted in emergency room/department or urgent care visit. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The outcome of the events was resolved for "seizure" and unknown for the other events. No follow-up attempts are possible; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained.
