So you are required to get it UNLESS you decline. Better make are all your coworkers are aware and decline if they don't want it. I'm in AZ and my wife had to sign a declination.

I posted this yesterday thinking it only affected Los Angeles County only to realize it is a state-wide mandate.

1. All workers who provide services or work in facilities described in subdivision (a) have their first dose of a one-dose regimen or their second dose of a two-dose regimen by September 30, 2021 (see link for complete list of subdivision).

Thankfully, there is an exempt clause as seen below.

2. Workers may be exempt from the vaccination requirements under section (1) only upon providing the operator of the facility a declination form, signed by the individual stating either of the following: (1) the worker is declining vaccination based on Religious Beliefs, or (2) the worker is excused from receiving any COVID-19 vaccine due to Qualifying Medical Reasons.

I am a middle-aged RN and more importantly a mom and I’m getting scared here. I had covid back in Nov and it was pretty mild - felt different than other bugs I have had but it was mild and jI was over it pretty quickly. I did have a patient die from it (and I work in behavioral health) though he did have some other health issues, nothing that seemed life threatening. Since that time I have held out on getting vaxed. The words mandate and experimental should never go together and I am in disbelief at how all of this has evolved. I can’t believe the hysteria that the media is trying to create and it’s working apparently. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time till it’s mandated where I work and my husband may have the same ultimatum coming soon as many of us will. I want to fight. I want to stand up and say this just isn’t okay - next it will be our children. But I am scared…scared about losing my income, my husband losing his, but more importantly about my son who means more than anything. I don’t know how to navigate this, I don’t know what the right decision is, I just want to protect my son and our family but also want to stand up against this tyranny. Please God, guide my steps along the path that you want for us…please protect us and guide us and show us Your way…
