I've never seen it used to fly into a hot spot and pick up civilians. Quoting: ToeCutter This how I think it's going to happen. USAF C-130 & C-17s will flying the gear of 6 or 7 civil flights carrying troops to the region most likely UAE & Qatar per each C130 or C17 needed. Speculating here but I think the boots on the ground may increase by 10k at least if 2 or more airbases are added to the mission. Those 6 or 7 civil flights are going pickup and fly the refugees from UAE & Qatar and then fly back to pick up more. Meanwhile the C-17s continue their flights from Kabul to UAE & Qatar with a steady flow of those being evacuated from Afghanistan. The civil flights will likely not ever go into Afghanistan. The USAF flights have been dropping flares on take offs due to the security threats. Also the C130s and C17s will be used for flying the equipment needed for military expansion as I'm expecting them to utilize a few other airbases other than Kabul airport. TeknaBuzz |

The pentagon just gave the PRC a new army and somehow can’t figure out how to get these people out on their own with their own resources. So let’s go ahead and send in Spirit airlines or whoever the fack. It would make more sense if we controlled the tallybons and we sent in civilian craft only to shoot it down ourselves. Cut off all communication, locate and track all the pegged military assets. See who’s who and what’s what regarding foreign nations and their response to it all.
