Yep a shut down will still occur even with a vaccine passport. This is all about bankrupting small business and having their great economic reset. Btw I went out to dinner maybe a month ago for the first time since all of this BS started. When we got to the restaurant, my friends used their phones to scan something. I don't even know what it was. I did not have whatever it was on my phone, so I asked what the alternative was. I had to give my full name and phone number.

I’m in Ontario and work as maintenance at a school. Guess I’ll just have to really get my 2 side businesses going full force.

Some places in Toronto have those symbols you need to scan to look at their menu.
I choose not to own a cellphone, so I ask for a menu. A coupleof places didn’t have any, one place twent in the back and came out with a photocopy of their menu.
So lame.

Well, they didn't have to give their name and phone number so whatever they scanned for, it wasn't for the menu. We were given a throwaway paper menu when we got inside.

It's all so ridiculous. It feels so surreal :(

I'd like to know how this will work for people who don't have smartphones, have really old phones (like me), and seniors who don't have any (like my parents).
