Movie starz, Corrrupt politicians there families and friends , the ceo's and false idol preachers and singers all are eating Quality meat , dish vegetables that that average folk can't afford and even then in most cases the safe high quality good meat and fish ect is exported to other Healthy countries that don't eat like Hogs outta troughs..

Look at videos of people in europe , asia,japan scandinavia everywhere but here and see how healthy and skinny they are because Geneticslly modified veggies meat milk eggs is banned many places plus no HFCS allowed plus very few carb laden unhealthy non fulfilling foods and to top it off depression is the highest here so that's even more garbage people inhale along with never going outside the digital realm most encapsulate themselves within ..

Walk everywhere.
12 hour days and half day saturday.
High protein diet.
Low carb diet.
No cereal for breakfast.
Bread was a treat.
Butter for the wealthy.
Most food was in a stew. A stew may last a week with stuff added.
People ate less.
People ate when hungry.
Very few advertisements for food to talk you into eating.
Much of the bread was wholemeal (slow burn) to bulk up the bread to make it go further (healthier too).
Oats was popular and its a carb but low GI. (slow burn)
No cordial. No sweet drinks.Only sugar in tea and alcohol.
Sugar was a luxury.
Sugar mostly for cooking, boiled lollies.

Basically they never sat down. Out of bed. Start the stove, feed the animals, or get to work. Packed lunch may be just a couple of boiled eggs and a bit of bread with lard if you were lucky.

Remember these are English in a city. Not country boys in America or Australia who were 6 inches taller and better fed.
